What is the minimum rental period?The condominium association permits only one lease per year, making this property ideal for a seasonal or extended stay rather than short-term or weekly rentals.

What is the rental rate?The rate for January 2 through April 15 is $9,500 per month. For renters interested in a longer lease extending beyond the winter season, an extended-stay rate of $6,000 per month is available.

Are taxes included in the rental rate?No. Applicable state and local taxes are additional.

Is a security deposit required?Yes. A $5,000 security deposit is required.

Are there any additional fees?A $350 cleaning fee applies. A condominium association application fee may also apply.

How many guests can the condo accommodate?The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 beds plus an air mattress.
